Vitalism Within the Family

We eat well(ish). We are constantly moving and playing. We have look fit. We haven't been sick yet this year, keep those fingers crossed!

Health as a definition changes from one person to the next; from eating right, to looking healthy and being physically active, to the state of not being sick. No one actually knows the "true" definition of health besides their own perception of it.

Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
— The World Health Organization (WHO)

One word that must be emphasized in the above definition is 'complete'. How many of us put focus on only one of the above categories? Physical health goals are marketed to on a daily basis, and as a chiropractor, most of my patients structure their health goals within that model. The Heights Chiropractic has developed a house call practice model so that we can address the complete contributing factors towards your health by supporting vitalism within the family.

Understanding your health status is a step from the past to the present. Transforming the health of your entire family defines the road to your future. Let discuss the idea of Vitalism in the Family.

A vitalistic lifestyle and household means that you rely on your own inner potential to heal and thrive in health by making a conscience effort every day to foster that potential.

Chiropractic has been a gateway for many into a vitalistic lifestyle. Why?

  • Fortifys the understanding that your own body has the ability to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
  • Enhances whole body mobility, in order to function properly at the cellular level, as well as the motor function of taking that first step outside your door
  • Addresses stress manifestations within the body
  • It's primary focus is to remove structural interference from your brain to your body:  by adjusting the bones that house the nervous system, it corrects misalignments that are disrupting that communication.

I look forward to helping transform your families health, for a bigger and better future together.
