Accessible Health
This is a fun note that I would like to start this week with, and one that I hope promotes a new way of thinking and approaching your wellness!
How accessible is our health? Some may consider that it is as accessible as healthcare providers are, and therefore reliant on their availability, their willingness to explore all avenues, and their instructions/prescriptions. This then enters the realm of your own availability and willingness to make the appointments, or to make the effort to seek out solutions.
But maybe we can start looking at this a different way: if our health is at our fingertips, or I should say within, then wellness and health are always accessible. The concept that our health comes from within our bodies is not a new concept, especially for those who have seen chiropractors before, but is a concept not supported or promoted by the medical profession in advertising.
So, this blog post is nothing more than a NEWS FLASH into the web, with a headline that reads:
HEALTH COMES FROM WITHIN
Imagine, understanding the power your body has to heal wounds, decrease inflammation, and promote tissue regeneration, and applying that in everything you do. Your lifestyle can mirror that same healing process, by giving it the right environment to move, function, and recover. That then translates to health coming from within your choice. How you choose to balance the physical, emotion, and chemical stresses you put on/in your body will directly affect how you recover from sport injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and hours of sitting at a computer.
Understanding that health is accessible at all times to crucial to your overall wellness and healthcare. House call chiropractic, in turn, makes it so we can throw excuses in the trash can. By having chiropractic care come to you, at your time, within your schedule, allows for holistic health to be at your doorstep when you need it to be, and enhancing the health within your fingertips.
As always, send me feedback! I’d love to answer any questions you may have,
